Edina, Mo., Nov. 7.—Miss Ethel Minnie Clouser and Henry B. Hax were married Friday by the Rev. J. M. Monroe in his home here. Mr. Hax has been custodian of the Edina public schools for a number of years.

Funeral services for Minnie Ethel Hax, 85, of Edina were held this afternoon (April 11, 1978) at two o'clock in Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel in Edina. The Rev. Luke Turnbough of Edina conducted the services. Burial was in the Linville cemetery in Edina.

Mrs. Hax died Sunday (April 9, 1978) in a Kirksville hospital, where she had been a patient since March 28.

The daughter of Benjamin F. and Mary M. Juydd Clouser. In 1955 [sic], she was married to Henry B. Hax who survives. Also surviving are one brother, Ralph Roy Clouser of Quincy, Ill.; one sister, Fern Harper of Edina and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Hax was a life-long resident of the Edina area and was a member of the Edina United Methodist Church.

Bearers were Richard Hagerla, James Hettinger, Ronald Troutt, Clayton Ely, William Woods and Kenneth Patterson.

Minnie Ethel Hax, 85, Edina, died Sunday, April 9, in KOH, Kirksville, where she had been since March 28.

She was born Oct. 31, 1892 in Dawson, Ill., the daughter of Benjamin Fisherman and Mary Melvina Judd Clouser.

She married Henry B. Hax on Feb., 1955, and he survives.

Also surviving are a brother, Ralph Roy, of the Sunset Home, Quincy, Ill., a sister, Mrs. Fern Harper of Edina, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur, Nelson and Orville and a sister, Nina May Clouser.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Edina.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 11, at 2 p.m. at Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel, Edina, with Rev. Luke Turnbough officiating and burial was in the Linville Cemetery, Edina.
