She married Wright Wales Baker, September 12, 1899, at Washington Township, Polk, IA and to them were born eight children: Ray, Belle, Nettie, Frank, Ralph (twin), Roy (twin), Edna and John.

After a long and trying illness, Eva Stella died last Friday at her home..

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to the friends and neighbors for their assistance and kind sympathy during the illness and funeral of our beloved wife and mother. Eva died a few months after John Delbert's birth and he and Edna went to live with his Aunt Lillie, Eva's sister.

Funeral services were held in the White Eagle church Saturday afternoon, the services in charge of Rev A.E. Lathrop, the Free Methodist minister.
