MIDDLETOWN, Ind.--Robert Henry Boner, 79, RR 2, died Thursday in St. John's Medical Center, Anderson, after an extended illness.
Born in Madison County, he had lived in the Sulphur Springs area for 16 years. He retired in 1969 from Delco-Remy in Anderson after 28 years. He was also a retired farmer.
Mr. Boner was a member of Bethany Christian Church and UAW Local 662, both of Anderson.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine; two daughters, Joanne Mabbitt, Alexandria, and Barbara House, Anderson; two sons, Kenneth, Middletown, and Paul, Alexandria; a brother, Lowell, Middletown; 14 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Ballard & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Daleville. Calling hours at the funeral home are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
