Mrs. Ariadne Ewing Putt Foreman, 82, of Brook, died Saturday in George Ade Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient two months.
Born at Vernon, Indiana, she had been a resident of the Goodland-Brook area the past 62 years.
She married Richard Harvey "Harvey" Putt October 27, 1917. Harvey died in 1954. Her second marriage was April 9, 1957, at Monticello, Indiana, to Fred Foreman. He died May 7, 1972.
Surviving are one son, Lowell Edwin Putt, three granddaughters, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Ormiston of Brook. Her brother, Harry Cortez Ewing passed away in 1963.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Weston-Gerts Chapel with the Rev. John Long officiating. Interment was in Goodland Cemetery.
