Bill Stephens, 85, of Central, formerly of Duncan, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2013 at the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center in Safford. He was born on October 18, 1927 in Globe, to Wilmer A. Stephens, and Hazel Irene Sanders Stephens.

He is survived by his wife Wanda Stephens of Central; daughter, Cheryl (Frank) Fox of Duncan; son, Bill (Kim) Stephens of Central; daughter, Kathy (Billy) Lackner of Klondike; daughter, Earline Norton of Central; and son, Gary (Julie) Hall of Central.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Central LDS Church, next to the temple. Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m., on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel, 112 East Main Street in Safford, and 1 hour prior to services on Saturday at the church.

Interment will be in the Duncan Cemetery with military honors.
