Allan John Hanson,Ladysmith, died suddenly Friday,
Feb. 17.2006 at St Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
He was born on May 7, 1945 Fredric. Wis., the son of Marvin Alice Hanson. She survives.
He moved to Rusk County in 1949 and grew up here and graduated from Ladysmith High Scbool in 1963. moved back in 1970 and farmed til 1990.
He and Janice Coleman were married on April 1. 1967, at Polo, Ill.
Allan was an over-the-road truck
driver for 16years and he and Janice
drove together for eight of those
years. He was an outdoors man loved fishing, boating and hunting.
Anyone who knew Allan knew had a great sense of humor, He
missed. He was a member of First Baptist Church at Glen Flora.
Survivors include his wife, Janice; son, Andrew (Chris) Hanson Marshfield; two daughters. Dawn
(Gary) Guy of Des Moines, Iowa, Melissa (Doug) Lindsey of Atlanta,
Ga.; eight grandchildren; and
brother. Bruce (Chris) Hanson Ladysmith.
He was preceded in death by father, Marvin Hanson. and grandson Payton Hanson.

Funeral services were Tuesday,
Feb. 21. at the Nash-Jackan Funeral
Home with Pastor Les Parker officiating
and burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
