Bishop, at the time of his marriage to Polly. Presumably, she raised these children along with the seven children she had with Joseph: Caroline Martha, Amanda, Harriet Ann, Edwin, Elizabeth Jane, Mary, and Augustus Bishop. Polly and Joseph were censused in Scipio in 1820 and Lansing, Tompkins Co., New York in 1830. Polly died in 1834, but it is not known if she died in Lansing or Scipio.
