As a young boy Dick was a sleeply lad and snuck a nap whenever possible. He did not enjoy school and felt he had learned all that the teacher had knowed in a very short time. He was a hard worker on the farm slow but efficent. He had a mind for business & money and was destined to be a merchant. He started the Little Dick Clothing Company a respected and sucsessfull business.
