GOTHA JOHNSON was the son of Richard Johnson and Mrs. Lucinda (Gaut) Johnson.


Obituary

"Funeral services for Gotha Johnson, 41, of 3633 Pate Drive, Fort Worth, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Red Oak Methodist Church in Harrison County. Burial will be in Red Oak Cemetery under the direction of Rambo Funeral Home. Mr. Johnson died Thursday in Dallas. He was born August 2, 1931, in Hallsville, and he had lived in Harrison County for some seven years. He was educated in Harrison County public schools, and he was currently employed with Crawford's Engineering. He was a member of the Baptist church. Mr. Johnson was married to Mrs. Joyce Marie Johnson whom he married on November 9, 1961. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Joyce Marie Johnson; one son, Rickey L. Johnson, of Houston; one daughter, Miss Joyce Marie Johnson, of Houston; eight brothers, Otha Johnson and Ezell Turner, both of Marshall, Luther Johnson, Izeah Johnson, Ezeah Johnson, Lucilious Johnson and Robert Johnson, all of Houston; six sisters, Mrs. Kealo Smith, Mrs. Carrie B. Jones, Mrs. Jeanetta Andrews, Miss Ola Mae Johnson and Miss Alice Faye Johnson, all of Dallas, and Mrs. Mamie L. Jackson, of Fort Worth; one grandson; and a number of other relatives."
