Jacob Roos, 71, of Sheldon, dies after heart attack Sunday,
SHELDON—Funeral services for Jacob Roos, 71, who was found dead of a heart attack Sunday in his apartment at Sheldon were held Tuesday at the Vander Ploeg funeral home. Rev. James Bos of Hospers officiated and burial was in the Hospers cemetery.
Mr. Roos was born January 21, 1889 at Hospers. He resided there all his life until moving to Sheldon 10 days ago. He was a veteran of World War I.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Charles Brink and Mrs. Marinus Schuller, both of Hospers.
