George Harbaugh, born on the family homestead, Harbaugh Valley, just south of Sabillasville, Frederick County, MD. He resided on the farm purchased by his father from Valentine Shockey, part of a tract Called "Sarah's Delight," situated on Cow run (an affluent of the Antietam) in Franklin County (and part in Washington County, MD.) George Harbaugh erected the present stone mansion house on the place, which still stands today on the Harbaugh Church Road at Midvale. George Harbaugh donated the land on which the Harbaugh Church was erected, near his home.

(1.) Catharine Harbaugh married Abraham Welty.
(2.) Rev. Henry Harbaugh married first Louisa Goodrich, second Mary Louisa Linn.
(3.) Nancy Harbaugh married Jacob Hoover.
(4.) Jonathan Harbaugh died young.
(5.) Jacob Harbaugh, died in infancy.
(6.) Margaret or "Rebecca" Harbaugh married Samuel Barkdoll.
(8.) Susan Harbaugh married William Johnston.
(9.) John Harbaugh married Mary Livers.
(10.) Leonard Harbaugh married Rebecca Helwig.
(11.) George Harbaugh married Nancy Hoover.
(12.) Dr. Washington Harbaugh married Mary Jane Boteler.
(13.) David Harbaugh married Margaret Augustine.
