CHARLO – Douglas W. Lane, 56, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, in Missoula.
Born in Lafayette, Ind., on Feb. 22, 1956, to Hershel and Pauline Lane, in 1979 he left Indiana to chase after his girlfriend, who moved to California. They eventually married and he made Huntington Beach his home. While in California, he was an electrician and mechanic. Because of health issues, he moved to be closer to his son four years ago.
He is survived by his children, Jeremy Lane and his children Koda and Shy Lane, and daughter Christy Lane and her two children; and siblings, Doug Lane, Mary Holmes, Vicky Lane Arnold, Connie Kezer, Ed Lane and Mark Lane.
Services are planned in California at a later date.
