BIO:
Allen was born on May 8, 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio the first of four children of Allen Francis and Sadie Ann (nee Faron) Duesler. He had a brother Norman and sisters Donna & Eileen. He was raised in Cleveland and graduated from John Adams High School in 1940.
Allen served in the Infantry during WWII from 1942 to 1945.
He was 24 when he married Margaret Marie Maser, she was 20, on Nov. 16, 1946 at St.Catherine's Church in Cleveland.
Their only daughter, Debra Alyn, was born in 1954.
He worked at the G E plant in Cleveland and was also a mill operator at Amax Specialty Metals. He was of German descent on his father's side and Irish descent on the Farron side.
Allen & Margaret were living at 13604 Silver Rd. in Garfield Hts. & had been married 39 years when he died at the age of 63 on Nov. 27, 1985 in Marymount Hospital in Garfield Hts. from lung cancer.
Margaret never remarried and passed away 23 years later on Oct. 13, 2008 at age 81. Both are buried at All Saints Cemetery - Sec. 3, Lot 2635 in Northfield, Ohio next to his brother Norman.

Friends received at the Hopko Funeral Home, 6020 Broadview R., Parma, where services will be held Saturday, Nov. 30, at 8:45 a.m. and at St. Monica Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. Visitation hours 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.
