Mrs. Marie A. Ferg, age 93, passed away Sunday afternoon at her home, 1615 Wheaton Ave, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11 am at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Gary C. Bratz officiating. Internment will be made in the family lot in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferg, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Valentine King, was born May 5, 1880 in the town of Eagle Point and was married to Fred W. Ferg of Bloomer in 1900. She resided in Chippewa Falls her entire life and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and a charter member of Ladies Aid.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Earl (Louise) Girard of Chippewa Falls; two sons, Fred A. Ferg and Bernard C. Ferg of Chippewa Falls; one sister Mrs. Bertha Popple of Chippewa Falls; two brothers, Herman King of Chippewa Falls and Albert King of Popple Lake; six grand children and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, five sons, two sons in infancy, and four sisters.
Friends may call at the Hogseth-Pederson Funeral Chapel from Tuesday, 2 - 9 and then at the church one hour prior to the service.
