Son of Charles Kitts and Elizabeth Breason, born in Richmond. One of 12 children. 1st married Catherine O'Reilly on Jan. 30, 1843 in Goulbourne Township and had 8 children. Secondly married Mary Houlihan at Our Lady of the Angels/St. Mary's in Brudenell on April 17th, 1871 and had 9 additional children. Died in Refrew County, buried in Our Lady of the Angel's Old Cemetery.
