Mrs. Adkins, wife of John Adkins, of Lone Tree Lake, on Tuesday evening, Aug 19th. The deceased was 21 years and had been only married something over a year. A week ago Mrs. Adkins gave birth to a child and had never recovered. She leaves a sorrowing husband and infant babe. Mr. Ira Smith came in Wednesday morning and procured a casket and other necessary articles for the burial. Mr. Adkins needs the sympathy of his many friends in such a severe loss. Mrs. Adkins was a daughter of Isaac Johnson, of Lone Tree Lake. The funeral took place Thursday morning at 10:00 o'clock.
