POMONA-John L. Snyder, 81, of Pomona, died Nov. 18 at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and lived in Pomona 25 years.
He was an Air Force Chief Warrant Officer for 25 years.
He was active in the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Snyder is survived by his wife, Simone; three sons; two brothers, Ralph of Washington and Frank of Idaho; a sister; and two grandchildren.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Todd Memorial Chapel, Pomona.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Pomona chapel. Interment will be in Oak Park Cemetery, Claremont.
Todd Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
