SUN PRAIRIE—Mrs. Catherine Coffey, 83, died Sunday in a Madison hospital. Mrs. Coffey lived in Cottage
Grove before moving to Sun Prairie 10 years ago. She was a member of the Sacred Hearts Catholic Church here. Her husband, William, died in 1943. Madison survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Harland Duckert 618 Welch ave., and Mrs Catherine McCloskey, Westmorland blvd.; and a son, Daniel Coffey, 3706 Eliot lane. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Melvin Hauge, and a son, John F., both of Sun Prairie; 26 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Sacred Hearts Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Patrick's cemetery, Cottage Grove. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Tuschen funeral home, where the rosary will be recited at 8 Tuesday night.
