BLANCHE BONORDEN DIED WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Blanche Bonorden of Winterset, died Wednesday, Jan. 21, at a nursing home here, at the age of 87 years.
Mrs. Bonorden was the widow of Ellis R. Bonorden, whose death occurred in 1958. They had farmed in Warren county most of their lives, but retired and moved to Winterset 14 years ago.
She was the former Blanche McCammon, daughter of John H. and Florence Yenter McCammon, and was born at Oxford March 14, 1880.
She was a member of the Presbyterian church, and a 50-year member of Order of Eastern Star.
Nearest surviving relatives are a brother, Roy D. McCammon of Arizona; a sister, Mrs. Flora Law of Longview, Wash; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were held Friday from the Wilson Funeral Home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. John Fink, pastor of the First United Presbyterian church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery, following cremation.
