Helen I. Stalter, age 103, of Mount Vernon, died Friday June 14, 2013 in Mount Vernon. Helen was born March 1, 1910 in Marietta to Homer and Mary Etta (Losher) McCoy. She graduated as a registered nurse from Springfield City School of Nursing, associated with Wittenburg College. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Englewood, Florida. Helen was past president of the Federation of Women's Clubs, Order of Eastern Star. Surviving are a grandson Richard DuMoulin of Fredericktown and her sister-in-law Betty Hoeflich of Fredericktown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Charles Stalter, daughter Sally DuMoulin, brother Kenneth McCoy and a sister Katherine Bishop. Inurnment will be at Christ Lutheran Memorial Cemetery in Englewood, Florida.
