William Rorick Dies Monday At Home In Wiota
William Rorick, 92, Adair County retired farmer, died Monday afternoon at 4:20 at his home in Wiota. He had been in failing health for seven years and bedfast the last week.
Mr. Rorick, the son of William and Margaret Redding Rorick was born at Wheatland February 13, 1861 coming to Cass County from there in 1879. He had lived on a farm near Bridgewater from 1902 until moving to Wiota last Aug. 3. Mr. Rorick and Mary Alice Kelly were married February. 7 1893. Mrs. Rorick died March 8, 1948. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Wiota. Surviving are a daughter, Eileen Rorick of Wiota, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Roland funeral home Wednesday morning at 9:30. The remains will be at the funeral home until the service hour and the Rosary will be recited there.
