Mrs. W. Rourick Succumbs Today At Bridgewater
Mrs. Mary Alice Rourick, 83, former Atlantic native and wife of William Rourick, died at 3:45 this morning at the family home near Bridgewater. She had been in ill health five years and bedfast the last two months.
Mrs. Rourick, the daughter of John and Margaret Kelly, was born north of Atlantic March 15, 1864, and had lived at Bridgewater a number of years. She was the eldest of a family of six children and was preceded in death by her five brothers, one of whom was the late D. Kelly of Atlantic
Surviving besides the husband is a Daughter, Eileen, at home. Mrs. Rourick was an aunt of Harry and Winnifred Cornell of Atlantic.
Funeral services will be at the Massena Catholic Church, probably Wednesday and interment will be in the Atlantic Catholic Cemetery.
