Ben and Ella raised thier 5 children in the Pine Level Community and Ella taught the Adult Sunday School Class of the Pine Level Methodist Church until Ben died in 1947. After Ben's death Ella moved to Montgomery and lived on Plum ST. Her brother Marvin lived one block away on Cherry St, Ella attended the Forest Ave. Methodist Church.
