Obituary: Unknown Publication, November 1980

Mrs. Freda Rose Oligschlaeger, 58, Tuscumbia, died Tuesday,
November 11 at Fort Lupton, Colorado, where she had been staying for the past year. She was born June 18, 1922, at Ulman, a daughter of Willie and Mabel Hickey Crane. On March 27, 1943, she was married at Bryan, Texas, to Robert U. Oligschlaeger, who survives.

She was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, St.
Elizabeth, and of the American Legion Auxiliary at St. Elizabeth.

Other survivors include: a son, Robert J. Oligschlaeger, St. Elizabeth; six daughters, Mrs. Judith Kay Kemna, Meta, Mrs. Mary DePaul Wright, St. Louis, Miss Martha Ann Oligschlaeger and Mrs. Elizabeth Sue Neynaga, both of Sacramento, California, and Miss Helen Clare Oligschlaeger
and Mrs. Christine Marie Dowler, both of Springfield; one brother, Wayne Crane, St. Charles; two sisters, Mrs Anita Pearl, Iberia, and Mrs. Billie Shipley, Memphis, Tennessee, and 12 grandchildren.

The rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday, November 14 at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home, St. Elizabeth. The funeral was at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 15 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, St. Elizabeth, with Msgr. Gerard Peolker officiating. Burial was in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
