Judith is a graduate of St. Elizabeth High School and went on to earn her degree in teaching from Lincoln University. During her teaching career, she taught at St. Elizabeth R-IV and also worked with Parents as Teachers programs at both St. Elizabeth and Eldon school districts.
She enjoyed volunteering at the Osage Beach Senior Center and Hope House of Miller County.
In addition to her husband, Kevin, she is also survived by five children, John Kemna (Stacia) of Jacksonville, FL, Bruce Kemna (Glenda) of St. Elizabeth, Brian Kemna (Vicki) of Ashland, Kristin Buschjost (Mike) of St. Thomas, and Robb Kemna (Abby) of St. Elizabeth; 15 grandchildren; and six siblings, Mary Wright of St. Louis, Sue Reynaga of Anchorage, AK, Marty Oligschlaeger of St. Louis, Helen Allen of Springfield, Robert J. Oligschlaeger of St. Elizabeth, and Christine Vallely of Springfield.
She was also preceded in death by her infant brother James Oligschlaeger.
Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a memorial service immediately following at 6:30 p.m., on Sunday, April 3, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Marshall Conklin will officiate.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Osage Beach Senior Center.
