Evening Times, Cumberland, Maryland, Monday, September 15, 1930: "Frostburg--The funeral of Mrs. Bridget Pfaff, aged 54 years, who died at the home of her sister, Miss Katie Jack, Washington street, Saturday evening from injuries sustained in falling down the stair-steps at the Jack residence last Thursday, will take place tomorrow morning at 9:30 o'clock from Saint Michael's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Saint Michael's Cemetery. Mrs. Pfaff was a member of the Sodality of St. Michael's Church, and the ladies of the Sodality are to assemble at the Jack home this evening at 8 o'clock, to recite prayers for the deceased."
