She died at Highland Nursing Home in Massena.

She was a daughter of Henry A. and Elizabeth C. Boyer Fleury.

She married Herman S. Brown on Feb. 15, 1941 at Sacred Heart Church. He died on May 11, 1985.

Surviving were two sons, Allan S., Norfolk; and Kevin J., Cleveland, Ohio; five daughters, Mrs. Calvin (Diane) Norton and Mrs. Stanley (Sandra) LaMay, both of Massena; Mrs. Robert (Marie) Williams, Remsen; Mrs. Joel (Marlene) Kellogg, Adams Center; and Mrs. Harold (Linda) LaClair, Bedford, IN; 18 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Walton H. Fleury, New Berlin; Lyle and Emmett Fleury, both of Massena; and Paul Fleury, Winthrop; three sisters, Mrs. Robert (Ona) Giles, Massena; Mrs. Raymond (Betty) Doming, Floyd; and Mrs. Jack (Pauline) Smith, Dickinson Center.

A sister, Elsie French, died in 1986. Two brothers also died before her, Leo W. Fleury on Oct. 26, 1987, and Donald L. Fleury on March 24, 1969.
