Charlton: Alice J. (Eppley) Belanger, 75, of Stafford St. Charlton, formerly of Southbridge, died Sunday, Dec. 15 at Harrington Hospital.

Her husband of 37 years Roger Belanger died in 2007, her first husband Donald Boulia died in 1974.

She leaves her sister Dorothy Ireland and her husband Donald of Oxford, several nephews, nieces and grandnieces and grandnephews.

Alice was born in Southbridge the daughter of Harry and Lillian (Gauthier) Eppley and lived in the area all her life.

She worked the American Optical Company for many years until it closed. She then worked at Wal-Mart in Oxford.

She enjoyed children and was an adopted grandparent for the past eight years.

A calling hour will be held from 2:00 to 3:00PM Thursday Dec. 19, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Her funeral service will be held at 3:00PM following the calling hour. Private burial will be held in Oak Ridge Cemetery Southbridge.
