HALIFAX Anna Mary E. Bechtel-82- of 212 Parmer Drive passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2008 in the Manor @ Susquehanna Village in Millersburg.

She was born Sunday, October 4, 1925 in Lemoyne, PA, Daughter of the late Harry & Rosa Sierer Eppley.
She worked as a cafeteria worker for the Halifax Area School District. She was a member of Jacob's UM Church in Halifax.

Surviving are her husband of 57 years Kenneth E. Bechtel; two Sons, Kenneth E. Bechtel II and Jay O. Bechtel both of Halifax; a Daughter & Son-in-Law, Lorene & Craig Buffington of Halifax; a Sister, June Young of Dillsburg; two Granddaughters Ashley and Chelsea Buffington.

She was preceded in death by a sister Doris H. Conrad.

Services will be held at Jacob's UM Church, Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Deb Koretzky officiating. Interment will follow in the Jacob's U.B. Cemetery next to the church. Viewing will be from 9-11 AM Saturday, January 19 at the church. Arrangements by Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Inc. in Millersburg.
