Mrs. Henry {Anna May Debolt} Bartimus, 90, of Effingham died at 10:35 AM Thursday, May 12, 1983, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
The funeral will be at 1:30 PM Saturday at Brummerstedt Funeral Home, Stewardson, with burial in Stewardson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 9 PM today. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Mrs. Bartimus was born April 26, 1893, in Effingham County, the daughter of James and E. Samantha {Ramsey} Debolt. She married Henry Bartimus. He died in 1964.
She was a member of Stewardson First Christian Church.
Surviving are her son, James of Windsor, daughters, Agnes Rawdin of Toledo, Ohio, Mary Hubbs and Jane Sanborn, both of Shelbyville, Ruth Pygott of Mattoon, May Antle of Jacksonville, half-brothers, Walter Keller of Strasburg, Clarence Keller of Effingham, Jesse Keller of Stewardson, Half-sisters, Violet Rentfro of California, Bessie Vonderheide of Shumway, Dorothy Powell of Brownstown, Jette Mueller of Montana, Opal French of Sullivan, and 100 grand-children and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son and one daughter.
