He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mary Lee Cummings of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hershel Cummings of the city; four sons, Jimmy H. Cummings of St Louis, Alvin, Melvin and John Paul Cummings of Caruthersville; Three daughters, Mrs. Mary Tinnin of St. Louis, Mrs. Amy Dean of Potosi and Miss Marie Cummings of the home; a sister, Mrs. Dollie Harrison of Caruthersville, and two step-daughters, Peggy and Connie Garner of Caruthersville.
