Blades, Mrs. Ada Bullock
Died at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb 21, at her residence at Shelley Drive. She was 76 and a native of Brookhaven, MS. Religious services will be held at the Rabenhorst Parlors at 10a.m. Thursday, with Rev. Charles McCullen officiating. Burial will be in the Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survivors include six sons, L.D. Parsons, Hugh Blades, Abraham Blades, Aulton Blades, Alf Blades and Allen Blades all of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. Edna Neely Austrum of Baton Rouge and Mrs. Mary Blades Dwyer of Frederick, OK; three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Lambert, Monticello, MS; Mrs. Fannie Brister, Brookhaven, MS, and Mrs. Nora King, Liberty, MS; 26 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was a member of the Brookstown Baptist Church.
