Lillian Dee Binam, 69, of Marble died on January 26, 2004 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born on August 1, 1934 in Purdy, the daughter of Walter Summer and Dora Ellen (Hargis) Smith. She was a homemaker. She married Jesse Floyd Binam on April 12, 1954 in Berryville. He preceded her in death on November 23, 1995. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Coy Smith and Arval Smith; and sisters, Ida Fay McDaniel and Oneida Shaffer. She is survived by one son, Jesse Wayne Binam of Marble; two daughters, Sue Smith of Berryville and Teresa Klutts, of Ozark, Missouri; one brother, Donald Smith of Marble; three sisters, Bessie Middleton and Mary Galvin, both of Huntsville and Irene Carter of Springdale; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville with Rev. Alvin Reynolds and Rev. Rick Cope officiating. Interment will follow in High Cemetery near Berryville.
