Obituary

Clyde William Beard, 69, of Tulsa, died Saturday, October 20, 1951. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday in the Tulsa funeral chapel. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Beard, who had been ill 3 ½ years since suffering a stroke, had a heart attack early Saturday at his home. He was taken to the hospital where he later passed away.

A native of Humboldt, Nebraska, he had resided in Tulsa 33 years. He was a member of the First Free Will Baptist church and had been employed at the Spartan Aircraft Company for six years until illness forced his retirement.

Surviving are his widow, Anna, and two step-sons, Earl Peppers of the home, and Charles Peppers of Oklahoma City.
