Mrs. Armstrong, of Selma, La. died at 6:35 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2002 in LaSalle General Hospital of Jena at the age of 91.
She was a housewife, an Eastern Star, and a member of Selma Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, D.B. "Butch" Armstrong with whom she shared a wonderful life of 68 years.
She leaves behind one son, Steve Armstrong and wife Betty of Pineville; on daughter, Cecile O. Heil and husband Leo Heil; four granddaughters, Patricia A. Smith, Danita H. Bordelon, Linda B. Ford, and Charise B. Albares; three great grandsons, four great granddaughters, and one great-great granddaughter; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be William "Pealy" King, Mike Coburn, Scotty Howell, Jeffery Michiels, Joe McCarley, and Bryant Coburn.
Friends may call at Selma Baptist Church Sunday until time of services.
