Mrs. Radie Elouise Johnson Billings age 76, of Wilkesboro, widow of Harvey Lee Billings died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at 1:00 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Marvin Blackburn officiating. Burial will be in Austin Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home from 11:30 until 12:30 prior to the service.

Mrs. Billings was born in Wilkes County, August 17, 1937, to Jarvie Lee and Myrtle Irene Mathis Johnson. She was a member of Thanks To Calvary Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Billings was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Blackburn; two sisters, Louise Prevette and Lorene Johnson; one brother, Jay Johnson.

Mrs. Billings is survived by two daughters, Carol Jones and husband, Larry of Lenoir and Debbie Blackburn of North Wilkesboro; four sons, Terry Blackburn of Millers Creek, Michael Blackburn of North Wilkesboro, Gary Billings of Traphill, Larry Billings and wife, Amanda of Roaring River; four sisters, Kathleen Jones and husband, Duane of Dobson, Geraline Myers, Brenda Davidson both of Elkin, Jean Byrd and husband, Junior of Ronda; three brothers, Dean Johnson of North Wilkesboro, Harold "Rex William" Johnson of Roaring River, Archie Johnson of Hamptonville; 18 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
