Helen Florine Wilson, 94, of Parkersburg passed away Oct. 19, 2012 at Parkersburg Care and Rehabilitation.
She was born June 9, 1918, in Wood Co., a daughter to the late Herman and Elsie Martin.
She was retired from Wood Co. Schools, after serving as a cook for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C. Wilson Sr., son, Ralph C. Wilson Jr., and daughter in law, Donna Wilson.
She is survived by her sons, Robert W. Wilson of Clarksville, TN, Douglas Martin Wilson (Marilyn) of Ormond Beach, FL, daughters, Donna Jean Martin (Calvin) of Parkersburg, Barbara Ellen Richards (Bill) of Parkersburg, daughter in law, Diane Wilson, grandchildren, Brenda Carpenter (Bryan), Kevin Martin (Kathy), Brian Richards (Amanda), Jeff Wilson (Tammy), Greg Wilson, Robert Wilson Jr. (Nina), and Miles Wilson, and 17 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Service will be Tuesday, October 23, 2012, 1:00 pm, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Dana Slingliff officiating. Entombment will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Monday, October 22, 2012, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
