Mr. Janney was an engineer with Swift and Company, in Houston, Texas and in Moultrie, Georgia. He and Annie Grubb married circa 1910 and seem to have had only one child.

2. Mrs. Arthur B. Janney, Sr. (1886-1964),
3. Arthur Barrier Janner, Jr. (1923-1994), and,

Additional information was taken from World War I draft registration card (gives date of birth as October 21, 1888;) US Census enumerations for 1900 (with parents and siblings in Lane, Greenwood, Kansas,) 1910 (in boarding house in Houston, Harris, Texas,) 1920 (with spouse in boarding house in Moultrie, Colquitt, Georgia,) 1930 & 1940 (with spouse and son in Moultrie;) and Georgia Death Certificate 33890.
