Daughter of Joseph DAVIS Stocktton + Sarah(?) Stocktton. Said to have been born in Burlington County,West Jersey no one has any documentation on her. Sister To Hannah (STOCKTON) Whiteside. Sister-in -law To famed Adam Goudelock/Goudylock/Goldenlocke. Goudelock family has a historical House on the register of homes in South Carolina from the Historical Landmark from Revolutionary War stories. Washington Visited the home in route to battle. Joseph Davis Stockton is said to have been a brother to the signer of the Decaration of Independance. Richard Stockton was a immigrant from England whom settled in New Jersey. The Goudelock family is from Jamestown history prior to 1645. One Goudelock can be found in Virginia 1624. Sarah Anne is said to have been a Goudelock; Anne Stockton was said to have been named for her.

DAVIS STOCKTON DIED IN 1760 according to the Necrology Report . Anne Whelchel is my 5th great grandmother. Where is proof of Martha Whelchel the only Martha Whelchel I found was married to William Whelchel and she was a Davis. Please post proof on your findings as I'am compiling a book on my FIND A GRAVE FAMILY
