Funeral services were held today for Miss Anna M. Shaw, 82, a former kindergarten teacher, who died at 3:15 a.m., Sunday, in the Lock Haven Hospital. The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Shaw of Avis, she conducted a kindergarten in that place and Jersey Shore for many years. A teacher also in the Avis Public School, she was a life member of the Fort Antes Chapter , Daughters of the American Revolution. She was also a member of the Presbyterian Church at Jersey Shore.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Charles B. Schroeder, of 109 E. Main Street, with whom she resided, and several nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted at the Harris Mortuary at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. James F. Neill. Interment was made in Jersey Shore Cemetery.
