Mrs. Elizabeth C. Schroeder, 94, of 119 1/2 E. Main St., widow of Dr. Charles B. Schroeder, died this morning at Herritt Convalescent Home, Jersey Shore, where she had been living for the past eight months. She had been able to get around everyday until she was stricken ten days ago with a virus infection.

Born in Avis, March 3, 1861, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Dunn Shaw. She was the aunt of ex-Congressman, Robert F. Rich, Woolrich. She was a member of the Great Island Presbyterian church and DAR, Col Hugh White chapter.

Mr. Rich said that to the best of his knowledge her late husband never practiced medicine in this city. He was not sure of the year of his death but believed he died shortly after he was graduated from medical school.

Numerous nieces and nephews survive. Funeral arrangement will be completed later.
