Woolrich, Nov. 14-Mrs. Ida Belle Rich, widow of Michael Bond Rich, died last night at 11:40 o'clock at her home after a lingering illness with a complication of diseases. She had been a patient at the Jersey Shore Hospital for a time but had returned to her home some time ago.

She was 77 years of age and was born and reared at Avis, being the daughter of Robert Allison Shaw and Margaret Dunn Shaw. Upon her marriage to Mr. Rich, she came here to make her home, residing here ever since. She was a devout member of the Woolrich Community Church and, while her health permitted, was active in all branches of the church work.

Two sons and four daughters survive: Congressman Robert F. Rich and John B. Rich, Woolrich; Mrs. George W. Sykes, Conifer, N.Y.; Mrs. Edward B. Snyder, Ashland, Pa.; Mrs. Robert L. Leinbach, Williamsport, and Mrs. James B. Corson, Latrobe, and 17 grandchildren; also two sisters, Mrs. Charles B. Schroeder, Lock Haven, and Miss Anna M. Shaw, Avis.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Woolrich Community Church in charge of Rev. Horace Lincoln Jacobs and Rev. J. H. Morgart. Burial will be made in the family plot at the cemetery here.
