She was born in Quincy Township, Oct 2, 1899, daughter of the late Henry and Mamie (Moats) Ressler. Her early life was lived in the Fairview area.
Following their marriage in December 1916 she and her husband lived in Waynesboro for several years and moved to the present residence in 1923. Mr. Addlesberger died in July 1967.
As a young woman she worked seasonally in the packing plant of the Nicodemus Orchard Co., for 18 years and during World War II, she was last employed at Landis Tool Company.
She was a member of the Refuge Tabernacle.
Surviving are these children; Merle E. Addlesberger, Washington, D. C., Leonard D. Addlesberger and Carl R. Addlesberger, both of Greencastle; William C. Addlesberger, Mrs. Roy Myers and Joseph D. Addlesberger, all of Waynesboro, Miss Rosalie Addlesberger at home; Mrs. Mervin Negley and Mrs. Leslie Eshelman, both of Chambersburg, and Mrs. Norva Skaggs, Rescue, Ca. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was the last of her immediate family.
Services will be held Monday at 2 P. M. in the Grove Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Misner, the Rev. James Pittman and the Rev. Wayne Comer officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
