She was born in Pass Creek on Sept. 19, 1902, daughter of Harvey and Frances (Garrity) Biggs. She was married to the late Carter E. Smyth at Livingston on Feb. 18, 1936.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Phillip (Donna) Stall, Helena; a son, Donald L. Hecox, Cheyenne, Wyo.; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; a stepson, Carter E. Smyth, Jr., California; three sisters and four brothers.
