Oscar Earnest McCarter, age 93, of Lawrenceburg, died Sunday, at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg. A native of Sevier County, Tennessee, Mr. McCarter was an Army veteran of WWII and a retired mechanic.
He was the son of the late Horace McCarter and the late Mary (Sizemore) McCarter.
