At Oxford, on Monday last, after an illness of four years, Mr. Martin Strine, in the 60th year of his age.

Martin Strine, late of Berwick Township, Adams County, left 6 children. Elizabeth Strine, widow of Martin Strine, reported one child, Rachael, born March 6, 1831, is under 14 years of age. Widow petitions that John L. Noel Esquire be appointed guardian of Rachael, which approved by the court.
