Appoints wife, Catharine and son, Jacob executors of last will and testament

Charles Strine, Borough of York, York County, leaves his beloved wife Catharine, the one story house and lot of ground now occupied by Adam Faber for the remainder of her life, interest from $1,000, payable to her every year for the remainder of her life and all the household and kitchen furniture. Upon her death, orders the sale of the house and lot of ground.

Leaves $100 to Amanda Strine, daughter of Jacob, for the kindness and attention shown to Charles and his wife, Catharine, at different times.

The remainder of estate to be sold and divided in seven shares as follows:

Daniel Wolf, son-in-law, who was married to daughter Sarah, now deceased, first deducting $250, which is due and payable by Daniel Wolf. The interest to be payable every year during the life of Daniel Wolf, and upon his death, the principal to be divided among the children of Sarah

Children of daughter Charlotte, deceased, who was married to William Pentz, deducting the amount of judgment paid by Charles Strine to William Pentz and William Hartman as described in the Court of Common Pleas

Children of daughter Anna M., deceased, who was married to Henry Hantz

Rebecca, daughter, who is married to William Wolf, first deducting $314 owed by William Wolf, the interest to be paid every year during her life and upon her death, the principal to be divided among her children

Susan, daughter, who is married to Gustavus Pentz, the interest to be paid every year during her life and upon her death, the principal to be divided among her children

Catharine, daughter, who is married to Adam Faber, the interest to be paid every year during her life and upon her death, the principal to be divided among her children

Jacob, son, first deducting $1,000 which was previously advanced
