Otis Estes, 67, 2960 West KY 70, Eubank, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 1991, at Humana Hospital-Lake Cumberland, following a long illness.

A Pulaski County native, he was born Sept. 3, 1924, son of the late Dennie and Bertie Gooch Estes. He was a veteran of World War II, retired school custodian, member of Waynesburg Area Rescue Squad and Eubank Church of Christ.

His wife, Versie Blevins Estes, whom he married Feb. 26, 1947, survives.

Other survivors include a son, Carroll Estes, Somerset; a daughter, Barbara Mullins, Eubank; a brother, Ronald Lee Estes, Lexington; three sisters, Vernie Bennett, Lexington, Ella Mae French, Jacksonville, Fla., and Regina Young, Eubank; and three grandchildren, Jason Estes, Melissa and Amanda Chumbley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Virgie Doolin.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Carter officiating.

Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery.
