Samuel H Albertson, a member of a pioneer Granger township family, died Wednesday morning at Medina Community hospital after a long illness. He was 84.
A farmer, Mr. Albertson was the last grandson of Rev. John McCloud, who came to Medina county in 1819. He was a life resident of the Remson corners area.
Services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Gensemer funeral home in charge of Rev. Harry C. Beard. Burial will be in the Granger cemetery.
The deceased, whose wife died several years ago, is survived only by a nephew and a niece.
