Clay Tucker, 101, Excelsior Springs, died Sept. 26, 2002, in
Liberty. HE was born Aug. 22, 1901, in Big Piney, a son of Marion "Buck" and Dora Estes Tucker. He was married April 19, 1922, in Olean, to Emma M. Thompson Tucker, who died July 2, 1973. He lived in the Tuscumbia community or most of his life. He worked for Anchor Milling Company for many years
until his retirement in 1965. He moved to Excelsior Springs in 1992. He was a member of the Saline Valley Church of Christ.

One son, Henry Tucker, and one grandson, preceded him in death.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon. Burial will be in Tuscumbia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorials are suggested to Hospice Hospital of Excelsior Springs or Church of Christ of
Saline Valley.
